The Hawid glue stick is used to bond two layers of polystyrene film and close the top of a mount. This turns a regular Hawid mount into one with a double seam and allows to resize a mount for an exact fit. The glue pen comes with an applicator tip and contains the same solvent used to create the mount welds in factory production.
