Answers to common questions to save time

Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days however some orders can take longer as stock may need to be ordered in. You will receive a shipping notification by email when your order has shipped, make sure to check your junk mail folder too. Orders with tracking will also receive notifications from Australia Post.

Order collection is available by prior arrangement only. If you prepay for your order then it can left out for pickup (at the customers risk) and collected during storage centre opening hours. If you have chosen order pickup then options will be advised as soon as possible after ordering.
