Delivery Information

We ship all over Australia & to every country on Earth!

Through our delivery partners Sendle and Australia Post a range of shipping options are available wherever you live.  Available options will be displayed on the checkout page along with the cost automatically calculated based on the size of your order.  All parcels are sent using tracked services and tracking numbers will be provided.


In order to offer lower prices and a greater range of products not all philatelic & numismatic storage products, accessories & publications are kept in stock and will be ordered in from the wholesaler as required. At times items will be out of stock with the wholesaler and be placed on backorder. You will be notified of any backorders within 1-2 weeks of placing your order as well as an estimated delivery date. If the expected delivery date is more than 2 weeks from advising of the delay you will be offered the option of a refund or alternative item/s. Refunds must be requested within 7 days of backorder notification otherwise it will be treated as a change of mind (see below). Delivery dates for backorders are an estimate only and are subject to change.


Items Some items are listed as special order (see item page) as they are not generally stocked by the wholesaler so a delivery time of 6+ weeks is likely. Special orders cannot be cancelled and will only be refunded if the item is no longer available. Special orders will be confirmed by email within 2 days of receipt of your order.


Some items are available to order well in advance of them being available. Expected delivery times are advised on the item page however these are subject to change. Cancellations of pre order items will incur a fee of 20% of the item value.
