Delivery Delays etc

  • Deliveries within Australia : Delays do not seem too bad at present however some delays can be expected due to high volumes, interstate border restrictions and social distancing requirements.
  • Deliveries to International Destinations: There are currently restrictions on international deliveries and additional fees currently apply in some cases and these are reflected in quoted shipping rates.  Signficant delays are expected for all international deliveries (less so for New Zealand) due to low numbers of flights.

You can check the current status of your order online, any out of stock or backorder notifications are made as quick as possible and you will receive an email.  Make sure to check your Spam or Junk Mail folder in case they end up there.  If you have questions about your order please feel free to send an enquiry and this will be answered as quickly as possible (usually within 24 hours, sometimes a bit longer).  I always ensure I respond to enquiries politely so please make this easier by being polite and reasonable when making enquiries as sometimes due to being human mistakes unfortunately happen and every effort will be made to resolve such situations however unreasonable and rude requests will not be tolerated.
